Will I get paid with cash or a check?

Standard practice uses secure wire transfers to your bank account. Cashier's checks are available upon request but may take longer to clear.

What if I need time to move?

We offer flexible leaseback programs tailored to your moving timeline. You can stay in the home after closing for an agreed-upon period.

Do we have to pay any closing costs?

No. We cover traditional closing costs such as title insurance, escrow fees, document preparation, recording fees and notary fees.

How soon can I get an offer?

We can typically provide an offer within 24 hours of learning about your property. We accommodate your preferred closing timeline and can move quickly when needed.

How do taxes get paid?

Outstanding property taxes are deducted from the final sale proceeds at closing. The title company handles this automatically.

Do I need to clean up the house before you see it?

No cleaning necessary. Our property managers assess homes objectively beyond surface appearances. We buy properties in any condition.

Can we leave stuff behind?

Yes, with advance notice so we can arrange donation or removal of items. We handle cleanouts regularly.
